Integration & automation
Connect systems instead of retyping data. Interfaces, middleware, webhooks, data synchronisation and automated processes – reliable and easy to follow.
IT Solutions & Consulting since 2016
Integration, automation and AI – from the first idea to day-to-day operation. One point of contact, plain language, clean solutions.
Services
From a small automation workflow to enterprise integration – all from one hand.
Connect systems instead of retyping data. Interfaces, middleware, webhooks, data synchronisation and automated processes – reliable and easy to follow.
AI where it genuinely saves time: reading documents, classifying requests, generating text, assistants for your team – embedded in your existing systems, on request running locally.
Service processes that hold up in daily business: incident, problem, change, request and CMDB along ITIL – from process design to implementation in the tool.
My core platforms: development, solution design and architecture, integrations, migrations and further development – as a freelancer or inside your project team.
A solid foundation: Linux and Windows servers, databases, virtualisation, monitoring, backup and operations – planned, set up and maintained.
Lighting, heating, shading and security sensibly connected. KNX planning and programming, Home Assistant, automations and integration of existing devices.
Websites and small web apps that load fast and look good – including hosting setup, domains and support for your social media presence.
Extra capacity when you need it: ServiceNow and n8n development, solution design, reviews or interim support. Remote or on site in and around Vienna.
Technologies
Who for
I deliberately work with small and mid-sized clients – where short paths and pragmatic solutions matter.
Smart home, home network, a server at home, backup and data recovery, advice before you buy – explained in plain language, without jargon.
Website, email, file storage, automation of recurring tasks and an AI assistant that hands you real hours back.
Server operations, integrations between your systems, structured ITSM processes and automation that grows with you.
Larger initiatives in ServiceNow or BMC Remedy – solution design, architecture and development inside your project team, typically as a freelance engagement.

Lighting, shading and heating run over KNX and come together in Home Assistant. From planning through procuring the hardware to programming in ETS6 – hand in hand with the electrician on site.

The WordPress site lives with me together with its domain and database: setting up the hosting, applying updates, keeping an eye on it – and being there when something goes wrong in day-to-day use.

About me
My name is Andreas Pohl, born in 1991, and I have been working in IT for around 15 years. I started where you really learn technology: at the helpdesk, right next to the people using it.
Through service operations and data centre monitoring, system administration and ownership of applications, I moved into development, from there into automation and integration, and finally into solution design and architecture for ServiceNow and BMC Remedy. That range is my biggest advantage today: I know operations, development and design – and I know how a solution actually lands in everyday work.
The direct line to users – and the best school for communicating clearly.
24/7 operations, monitoring and escalations: a real feeling for what stability means.
Servers, networks, databases – and automating daily operations.
Responsibility for applications across their entire lifecycle – including development and integration.
Replacing repetitive manual work and connecting systems: interfaces, scripts and workflows – today mostly with n8n.
ServiceNow and BMC Remedy: designing solutions that fit the business and hold up technically.
FAQ
Billing is by the hour or by the day; for clearly scoped work a fixed price is possible too. The first conversation is free, and you get a quote with effort and price before anything starts.
Both. Most of it runs remotely; in Vienna and the surrounding area I also come on site – for KNX installations or work on servers, for example.
Yes. A single automation, one consulting session or a second opinion on an existing solution are just as welcome as a project running for months.
I usually reply to enquiries within 24 hours. Smaller tasks can often be done within a few days; larger undertakings we plan together.
Yes, on request. There I work as a freelancer inside the project team – solution design, architecture and development.
