Nature of the activity

“HiTex” is not a company but the name under which I present my IT work. I work as a private individual on a fee basis (freelancer).

• No registered company and no entry in the commercial register
• No VAT identification number
• No trade licence and no chamber membership
• Invoices without VAT (small business exemption under § 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act)

Should any of this change – for instance through registering a trade or founding a company – this imprint will be updated accordingly.

Purpose of this website (§ 25 (4) Austrian Media Act)

This website presents my work and the IT services I offer, and makes it possible to get in touch. It contains no third-party advertising and no paid content.

Consumer information on online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may use this platform to settle disputes. I am neither obliged nor generally willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
